Due to mass protests in Iraq demonstrations have rocked  Iraqi capital Baghdad and other provinces since Friday October 31 against government corruption, unemployment, and lack of basic services.

Protesters have reportedly blocked the entrance to Umm Qasr port, near Basra that is impacting port operations and vessel berthing in Umm Qasr port.

Trucks movement has stopped and the gates of the  South port has blocked. North port has been opened today.
