MEMBERSHIP REGULATIONS

Membership fees to be paid yearly to "Iraq-Logistic Ltd."
FINANCIAL YEAR starting January 1st and ending December 31st

Membership fee - entry fee (to be multiplied for the months missing to the end of the first financial year) Entry fee USD 150/month to be paid when joining.
Membership fee - yearly fee (to be paid as from subsequent financial year) USD 1800/year to be paid at the beginning of every "next" financial year.
Invoices are due for payment within a max of 30 days from issuance date. Joining fees invoice will be issued on the same date of joining. Yearly fee invoice will be issued on December 15th every year to all existing members. Members failing to comply with payment terms will be automatically terminated from Iraq-Logistic Network Membership.
As a member of Iraq-Logistic Network, we expect all companies to abide by the following business ethics and practices:
>> To be properly staffed for the highest level of service and be equipped with proper licensing, tools, and technology to perform all aspects of International Transportation
>> To keep all information private within the company, and not to be disclosed or shared with outside parties
>> All Members must respect the nature of confidentiality involved in all client/business relationships.
>> Members may terminate their membership to Iraq-Logistic at any time. Fees will not be refunded. 
>> Iraq-Logistic cannot be held responsible and does not accept any financial liability for commercial and/or financial obligations that are not met by any Iraq-logistic member.

All accounts must be settled within 30 days from the date of invoice (unless otherwise agreed).
>> Companies will be terminated from the Membership for providing any false information
